Studio 18 is a part of an exciting new project for Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Art. We are transforming prime ‘meanwhile’* space in this iconic building into student-led professional practice studios. The project provides undergraduate, postgraduate and research students with a space to build a creative community, explore their own practices and find new audiences and partnerships. It is a place for agency, collaboration and social engagement, helping students navigate their own journeys into creative careers.

* Industry term for short-term productive use of vacant buildings while they await development to generate economic, social or environmental benefits for the community.

Directions:

Our studios are located on the Millbank Tower site, but not in the tower itself. ​We occupy the 2nd and 3rd floor of 30 Millbank, SW1P 4QP known as the ‘Podium’.

NOTE: Access is at the rear of the building, please enter through the courtyard on the right side towards the gardens. Proceed up the stairs and locate the ‘Blue door’. If you need further assistance, feel free to call us!
